1. Electric heating mixing tank
Function: Used to mix various raw materials required for ultra-light color mud production, such as polymers, additives, etc. Through the electric heating system, the temperature of the material mixing can be accurately controlled to ensure that the chemical reaction is fully carried out.



2. Foaming machine

3. Double sigma Kneading machine

How to use a double sigma mixer to produce ultra-light clay for toys?

1. The formula is as follows: glue 65%, powder 2%, sorbitol 6%, glycerin 3%, Bropol 3%, casson 2%, flavor 1.5%, borax 2%, water 9%, boric acid 4% , Color paste 2.5%.

2. Its preparation method includes the following steps:

(1) First make the glue: Carry out carbon adsorption, filtration and ultraviolet lamp sterilization treatment on the water, then pour it into the reaction kettle, slowly add the glue while stirring, continue to stir for 20-35 minutes, and then start heating, wait until the glue temperature reaches 100 After ºC, keep for 85-95min;
