1. High cost performance; because of the unique design structure of the spherical rotor, the spherical pump only needs minimal maintenance in use. There is no impact contact between metals, it is safe to use, easy to install, has high volumetric efficiency, and has a long service life, which is more cost-effective than other pumps.
2. The drive shaft of the spherical pump drives the rotor to rotate once to complete 4 suction and discharge processes. Because the 4 suction and discharge times overlap each other, it has good working continuity, small pulsation, stable operation and low noise.
3. The spherical pump has good suction performance. It has two suction ports and two discharge ports. Any one of the suction and discharge ports can be used to achieve suction and discharge functions. It has a very flexible installation method and can be used as a vehicle-mounted unloading pump.
4. The spherical pump can work in forward and reverse suction and discharge, and there is no difference in performance. The flow direction of the conveyed liquid depends on the rotation direction of the main shaft, and the reversing conveying can be quickly realized by simply adjusting the relief valve assembly 180°.
5. The spherical pump can realize the adjustment of different flow. The flow can be adjusted by adjusting the angle between the driving shaft and the driven shaft (the pump cover needs to be replaced).
6. The spherical pump stuffing box is equipped with advanced carbon fiber packing or mechanical seal with good anti-leakage performance.
