Product Description

Application of unsaturated polyester resin:
1. Production of chemical equipment, cooling towers, mobile rooms, integral toilets, pressure filters, direct buried pipes, storage tanks, ventilation pipes and corrugated tiles, high-voltage insulation materials, electrical components, lighting lampshades, radar radomes, etc. in the electrical industry.
2. Car shells, bumpers, dashboards, battery boxes and mudguards are used for the waterproof layer and the paste of acid-resistant pumps.


The unsaturated polyester resin production line includes reactor,vertical condenser,horizontal condenser,separator,heating elements(or thermal oil heater),control cabinet and dilution tank.This production line is the key equipment used to produce unsaturated polyester resin(UPR), phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin,etc.
