1.Intumescent fire retardant coatings/paints are a passive fire protection measure that expands when heated (e.g. in a fire), protecting the material underneath (steel, plasterboard or wood) from fire.
The production equipment of intumescent fire retardant coating includes the following equipment:

2. Dispersion and mixing system
3. Filling and capping system
The equipment composition is relatively simple.
Depending on the processing volume, the main dispersing equipment can choose ordinary high speed dissolver, single-axis dispersing tanks, double-axis dispersing tanks or even three-axis dispersing tanks.Or you can choose a horizontal ribbon mixer.
