It is a large flow ultra-fine type horizontal bead mill.
The materials to be ground are input into the grinding chamber through the feeding pump (gear pump or diaphragm pump), and together with the grinding beads in the grinding chamber are stirred by the rotating rod-pin type rotor.
Under the action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the solid particles and the strong impact and shear are generated between the agitator and the grinding beads, and the material to be ground is quickly scattered and broken to achieve the purpose of grinding.
The ground material moves to the discharge port under the action of the pressure in the grinding chamber, and the grinding beads and the material are separated through the static separation screen.
The material is finally sent out through the discharge pipe to complete a cycle, and the fineness of the material can meet the requirements after testing. Enter the next process, if you need finer quality, you need to continue pumping into the grinding chamber for grinding again.
