This PF series of paint filling machine is a precise electrical and pneumatic combination metering equipment, which has multiple mechanical coordinated execution functions, improving labor efficiency and accuracy.
1. This machine adopts weighing method to measure, and controls the opening of the feed valve through the output signal of the weighing sensor to achieve the purpose of automatic filling.
2. This machine is a semi-automatic filling machine. The operator needs to place the empty can/empty barrel under the filling head, and the filling machine will automatically start filling and stop filling. If the equipment is equipped with a capping machine, the operator can manually push the barrel to the capping area, and the equipment will automatically cap.
3. The front end of the feed port is equipped with a feed pump or a raw material storage tank to pressurize the material from the tank to the U-shaped hopper of the filling machine. A bag filter can be added before filling to remove impurities to ensure product quality;
4. The equipment has the advantages of high filling efficiency and small error;
5. Application:
It is widely used in coatings, paints, inks, resins, glues, white latex, curing agents, real stone paints, waterproof coatings, intumescent fire retardant coatings, thinners, acrylic emulsions, automotive putty and other industries. It is not only suitable for filling flowing materials, but also for filling paste products.
6. This is a conventional filling 18-25L national standard turnbuckle barrel iron barrel pressure capping machine filling machine, which can be customized as a plastic barrel flat capping machine or a non-standard capping machine.
7.Types:
According to whether the filling machine is equipped with a capping machine and the type of capping machine, it can be simply divided into the following four types:
1)PF-01-A: This kind of paint filling machine is only equipped with the filling unit not included the capping machine.
2)PF-01-C1:This kind of paint filling machine is equipped with the filling unit and a capping machine for turnbuckle iron barrel.
3)PF-01-C2:It includes the filling nuit and a capping machine for flat cover/lid.
4)PF-01-C3:For some heavy bucket,ordinary pneumatic cylinder flat pressing machine might not be able to press tight,so that a roll capping machine is applied here.
Of course,depending on filling unit quantity difference,the filling machine can be divided into one filling head type and two filling heads type.
