The conical glass lined reactor can be divided into open structure (ZK series) and closed structure (ZF series).
The design and manufacture are carried out with reference to HG2432 and GB150 standards.
Because the bottom of the reactor adopts a conical structure, the concentration and crystallization during the reaction process inside the enamel liner reactor is more reasonable, which can meet the process needs of different customers. For the design standard of the nozzle of this product, please refer to the open or closed enamel reactor.

(5) The sintering workshop has 7 electrically controlled sintering furnaces, including 4 sintering furnaces above 10000L and 2 automatic sanding machines, which can fire 50L-30000L glass-lined reaction kettle or 50000L glass-lined storage tank; ×5000, φ650×5000, φ650×3600, well-type electric furnace, 4000×2000×1400, 2000×1000×750, 1200×600×400, 600×300×250 box-type electric furnace;
(6) 4000×2500×5000 annealing furnace and surface quenching machine tool, 100T hydraulic straightening machine and other heat treatment equipment;
(7) Equipped with automatic constant temperature controller, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic thickness gauge, Leeb hardness tester and ultrasonic flaw detector.
