Working principle of lab type 1L horizontal sand mill:
 
1) The solid-liquid phase mixture material that has been pre-dispersed and wetted by the dissolver is fed into the cylinder by the material pump, and the material and the grinding medium in the cylinder are stirred by the high-speed rotating rod pin rotor, so that the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium are dispersed.

2) More intense collision, friction and shearing are produced between them to achieve the purpose of speeding up the grinding of fine particles and dispersing aggregates.

3) After grinding and dispersing, the grinding medium is separated by a separator and flows out from the discharge pipe.

The horizontal sand mill is especially suitable for dispersing and grinding products with high viscosity and fine particle size.
