How to make glyphosate by the glass lined reactor?

The method for preparing glyphosate includes the following steps:
1) The raw material water, glyphosate, and activated carbon are mixed into a suspension in proportion to the pressure reactor, and the pressure reactor is closed for oxidation reaction, and the glyphosate is quickly oxidized; sampling and analyzing the mass fraction of glyphosate in the reaction solution , When the glyphosate is completely converted, stop the oxygen supply and release the pressure to normal pressure;
2) After the reaction material is heated to 80 ºC ~ 100 ºC, the filter cake I and mother liquor I mainly containing activated carbon are obtained through a microporous filter device;
3) After mother liquor I undergoes continuous multi-effect crystallization, the solids are separated by a microporous filter device to obtain filter cake II and mother liquor II. After filter cake II is dried, glyphosate technical medicine is obtained.


Glass lined reactor equipment is made by applying enamel with high silicon content on the metal surface, and enamel burning at 1200°C to make the enamel adhere to the surface of the metal iron tire. Therefore, it has the dual advantages of glass-like chemical stability and metal strength.
