100L Electricity heating type Lab usage glass lined reactor working principles:

It uses electricity heating rods to heat thermal oil inside the jacket then pass heat to raw materials inside the glass lined reactor.
It can be equipment with distillation system and condense.
It is widely used for lab testing for making Pharmaceutical intermediates product,Chlorination reactor,Bromine,Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent,Chlorinated Paraffin,Glyphosate,Chloroacetic acid,etc.



Our company produces all kinds of reactor(or tanks) and accessories, specializing in the production of chlorinated polyethylene, glyphosate and other strong corrosive enamel reaction kettles, using 5809 high temperature enamel, using electric furnace firing.
