What is a pressure-type grease saponification reactor: 1. In terms of use, the pressure-type grease saponification reactor is the container that completes the saponification reaction. Taking lithium-based grease as an example, the chemical reaction between lithium hydroxide and fatty acids (acid and alkali) is saponification. 2. In terms of structure, the pressure-type grease saponification reactor adopts the planetary type agitator, the heating jacket and can withstand positive pressure. The pressure-type grease saponification reactor has become an ideal grease production equipment in temperature control, pressure control, stirring force, material residue and mixing uniformity.

1.Usually speaking, the industrial grease is produced by a whole set of special production line. This production line generally includes:the thermal oil heating furnace, pressure grease saponification reactor, grease mixing tank, vacuum degassing tank, high pressure homogenizer, filter, and sub-packing machine,gear pumps,etc.
This is a relatively complete and rather mature production process, and its output is generally 1,000 tons to 20,000 tons per year or more. Because ordinary common grease (such as lithium-based grease) is less than the annual constant of 1000T, there is no investment value (except for special cases), so most of the current grease production plants in China have an annual output of more than 1000T.
2.Taking lithium-based grease as an example, briefly introduce the production process of lithium-based grease:
Lithium grease is a kind of grease using lithium soap as thickener.
1)Thickener is a compound that can thicken lubricating oil into a viscous ointment.
2)Lithium soap is a compound formed by the combination of lithium hydroxide and fatty acid. This compound is mixed with the base oil to form a lithium-based grease.
3)Therefore, in order to produce lithium-based grease, lithium soap must first be prepared. After the lithium soap is made, it will be mixed with base oil to form a lithium-based grease.
4)The specific lithium-based grease production process can be roughly divided into the following steps: soap making → fast cooling → blending → homogenization → degassing → finished product packaging.
