The horizontal ribbon mixer is basically composed of a mixing chamber, agitator, and a driving device. The U-shaped tubular chamber is equipped with a double-layer counter-rotating spiral ribbon coiled agitator shaft. The outer spiral belt is driven by power, and its winding form matches the direction of rotation. The material is pushed from the two ends of the U-shaped silo to the central zone, and the inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to the two ends to form convective stirring.
A discharge port is opened in the center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer. The spiral structure of the outer spiral belt matches the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the material inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port to discharge, ensuring that the material in the cylinder is discharged without dead ends.
