Product Description

Advantages of unsaturated polyester resins. It can be cured at room temperature and formed under normal pressure, with flexible process performance, especially suitable for large-scale and on-site manufacturing of FRP products. The mechanical property index is slightly lower than epoxy resin, but better than phenolic resin. Corrosion resistance, electrical properties and flame retardancy can be met by selecting appropriate grades of resin, the resin is light in color and can be made into transparent products.


Unsaturated polyester resin production equipment is the key equipment for producing unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin and paint. The complete set of equipment consists of reaction pot, vertical fractionation column, horizontal condenser, water storage tank, oil spill tank, pipeline (dilution kettle), etc. The whole set of equipment and material contact parts are made of stainless steel.

This set of production equipment is composed of five parts: vertical condenser, horizontal condenser, reactor, water storage device and fractionation column. It is a special equipment for producing unsaturated polyester resin.

In addition, according to the user's technical requirements, the following adjustments can be made:

Note:
1. Stainless steel coils can be set in the pot or stainless steel coils can be set in the jacket.

2. If heating with electric heating rod is not used, steam heating or heat conduction oil circulation heating can also be used.

3. In addition, a mixing and stirring reaction kettle should be equipped in the follow-up, and half of the volume is 1.5 times that of the resin production reactor.
