1.The clay is put into the double-shaft screw mixing chamber from the feeding port.
2. It is first broken by the discontinuous blades, kneaded, and then pushed forward.
3. After the screening plate, the surface area of the clay is enlarged, and the internal gas is gradually passed through vacuum pump suction to remove.
4. The clay continues to move forward while degassing, and the gas has basically been discharged when it reaches the vacuum chamber.
5. Finally, the clay is extruded from the extrusion port, and then it is cut into the required size through the roller table.
The clay extruder is used for refining ceramics, electric ceramic mud and extruding tiles. It is suitable for extruding mud/clay with a moisture content of 19%-23%. Widely used in daily ceramics, electric porcelain, building materials, tile making, refractory materials, chemical materials and other industries.

4. Suitable for 220V, 50HZ, single-phase or customized.
5. Double-shaft stainless steel spiral blade for feeding, single-spiral for discharging.
6. Extruder port diameter: 70mm or customized.
7. The whole machine adopts the all-inclusive design method to prevent the contact between the clay and the transmission parts, and prevent the occurrence of potential safety hazards caused by the exposure of the mechanical transmission parts.
